It's been a good weekend. John's parents and younger brother came to visit for part of the weekend, which was nice. We went out to dinner at Zazio's, which was a kinda/pretty swanky restaurant. The service was slow as molasses, but the food was delicious. We went out to Southhaven yesterday with them to see the house they want to buy on Lake Michigan. It really is a gorgeous house, with beautiful views of the woods There are even a couple streams criss-crossing the property. The lake was lovely too, massive waves to match the high wind. Very cold because of the wind, but it was nice to see the lake at least one more time before winter sets in. :)

Then they left for Chicago from SH, and John and I went back to Kzoo. At a sumptuous dinner with Alex and Leah, then went to the Western Hockey game with them. Very fun until the 3rd period, when all went to hell and we lost miserably. It was horrible. We even scored on ourselves. I wanted to scream, so I did. I'm so obnoxious at those games. It was fun until we lost. The Freshmen are really kind of irritating though. They think that Hockey and Football are one in the same. I heard the idiot behind us talking about the "ball" when he meant the puck. Does a puck look like a ball? Um. HELL NO. Jesus. Then he was talking about the different quarters of the game, and there are definitely three periods in a hockey game. Quarters definitely mean there are four of them. Then they would use the football chants at the game, when we have our own fun, mean chants. It was kind of irritating. Then, when we started to loose, the ALL LEFT!!! My god. What a bunch of sissies! If you really enjoy the game, stick it out you pansies!

Anyways, at least the traffic leaving was good. It took less than 5 minutes for us to get out, when it normally takes at least 15-ish. Went over to A&L's after that, and watched the Red Wings game with them. Wings won, so that more than made up for it! Zetterburg and Datsuyk (don't know if i'm spelling that right!) each scored a goal, and we shut out the Coyotes. Why Arizona has a hockey team is beyond me. They don't even have water down there, much less ice! The hell do they know about ice skating?? :p Though, I spose I can't be too mean, they have WAYNE GRETSKY as their head coach, the bastards. :p hehe. Anyways, the game got over at midnightish, and Johnny and I came home and crashed. It was a long, but good day.

Today I'm doing nothing but relaxing... should be exciting.

OH! I soooo told off John's roommate the other night!!! HA! We were watching a Piston's preseason game because it was on before the Red Wings game, and Darko was playing. He normally never plays because they have all the other super good players like Rip and Ben and Tayshawn and everyone else, so when he plays, it's normally when we're smoking someone bad. But he was playing and D was like, "he's so worthless, blah blah blah" going off how Darko is, like the worst person in the world. I happen to like Darko, he's really funny and he seems like a nice guy. Plus he has this cute Eastern European accent, cuz that's where he's from. So I was like, "Darko makes more money this year that you'll make in your entire life." and D went all sputtery for a moment and I felt all empowered. Then D said something like, "well he still sucks" or something along those lines. ME: "Well, when the Pistons sign you for a 3 year multi-million dollar contract, call me and tell me Darko sucks then."

Then he shut up.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAA!

Alright, so that was fun. :p And I don't feel so bad about being mean to him anymore. He's really starting to bother me. The other night he was on the porch with John and their other roommate, A, and he was talking about something gross and I was trying to sleep, so I slammed the window shut. What I wanted to yell though, was: "MAYBE THAT'S WHY YOU DON'T HAVE A GIRLFRIEND!"

But that might have been a tad too mean. Oh well, we won't find out now...
